This Privacy Policy describes how AE Solutions LLC, operating under the brand AÖF Cepte, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App" or the "Service").

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide core functionality — authentication, exam practice, progress tracking, study calendar, and session persistence.
- Enable social features — discussion comments, user profiles, and community interactions.
- Process purchases — verify premium purchases securely.
- Display relevant ads — serve ads to free-tier users through Google ad services.
- Send notifications — deliver push notifications (announcements) and scheduled study reminders.
- Improve app quality — diagnose issues with crash reports and improve the experience with usage insights.
- Handle user reports — allow users to report problematic questions for review.
- Respond to feedback — review messages you send from Settings, respond to you, and resolve issues.

Our access controls enforce that users can only read/write their own private data. Public profiles are read-only for other users. Discussion comments can only be deleted by their author.
5. Data Retention
- Data on your device is retained until you delete the app or delete your account.
- Cloud-stored data (user profile, discussion comments, and similar records) is retained until you request account deletion.
- Usage insights are retained according to our service provider's default policies (typically 14 months).
- Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
- Ad data is managed through Google ad services under their own retention policies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the following providers as necessary to operate the app:

7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and KVKK), you have the right to:
- Access your data in the relevant app screens or request it through support.
- Delete your data via the in-app account deletion feature (Settings → Profile → Delete Account).
- Port your data by signing in with Google so your progress and selected course data sync with your account and can be restored on a new device.
- Opt out of crash report collection.
- Opt out of notifications via device settings or in-app preferences.
- Control ad personalization via your Google Ad Settings.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This process is compliant with privacy regulations and performs the following:
- ✅ Clears all local data (answers, bookmarks, exam results, study events, exam sessions, answer history)
- ✅ Resets all local preferences
- ✅ Cancels all scheduled notifications and alarms
- ✅ Deletes your cloud-stored data (user records, discussion comments, user profile, question reports)
- ✅ Deletes your sign-in account
- ✅ Creates a fresh anonymous session

9. Children's Privacy
AÖF Cepte is designed for university-level students and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Services
Our app uses the following third-party services that may independently collect data:
- Google sign-in services — for secure sign-in and user management
- Google cloud storage — for secure cloud storage and sync
- Google usage insights — for anonymous usage insights
- Google crash reporting — for crash reports
- Google notification services — for notifications
- Google app settings — for remotely managed app settings
