1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AÖF Cepte mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell access to the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the question database.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Accounts

You can use AÖF Cepte anonymously or sign in with Google. If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Account deletion is available at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data (data on your device and cloud-stored data) will be permanently removed.

4. Premium Purchases

Premium features (ad-free experience and higher study limits) are available as a monthly subscription through Google Play payments. All payments are processed securely through Google Play and verified through a secure verification system.

Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting discussion comments or submitting question reports, you:

• Retain ownership of your content.
• Grant AÖF Cepte a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content within the app for other authenticated users.
• Acknowledge that you can delete your own comments at any time.
• Agree not to post offensive, abusive, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the app responsibly and not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Post spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content in discussions.
• Use automated tools to interact with the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.

7. Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our question database, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors. Educational materials should be used as a supplement to official Anadolu University sources, not as a replacement. Users can report incorrect questions via the in-app reporting feature.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the app, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

AE Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, exam results, or study progress.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AÖF Cepte after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
